Where it started
From the yard to the bottle
Good jerk comes down to balance: scotch bonnet for heat, pimento for warmth and cane vinegar to keep it bright.
Fyah Jerk Sauce is Chef Ardel’s jerk recipe, made in Jamaica, so you can get the same flavour at home.
The recipe
What goes in, what stays out
Scotch bonnet, pimento, cane vinegar, tomato, garlic and onion. Guava goes in the Guava bottle. No artificial preservatives, sweeteners or flavours.
